High Speed Fun

Took ourselves and our teenage kids on this high speed adrenaline rush. We took the leisurely cable car ride up to the Luge station. Reasonably short que about 15 minutes, but guess it would be longer in busy times. Then off you shoot back down the mountain. I do not know the speeds but you could feel the bounce when it made steep drops or went into beds. We all got off with big grins and the teenagers thought it was the best part of the Alps trip.

    So. Much. Fun!!!
    Came on this down from the terrace bar instead of the gondola and had so so much fun! Picture at the end is 4€ And so worth it, came on with 3 friends, and will defos be doing it again!

    Erratic opening hours
    We have stayed in Montgenèvre for about 8 years and been on the luge once a year. Almost every year we have checked and checked again when it opens. We have walked up at 2:30 in the afternoon when it says ‘open’ on the board and it has been shut. Not only is this infuriating but upsetting for young kids and time wasting for parents. The course is really fast although no-one (except one of my family) takes any notice of the brake signs. The photos are really poor (they make theme park photos look like the Mona Lisa), and the queue is usually long, however it is a very, very good attraction. Beware of the height restrictions though!!!
