Excellent.
Our family has just come back from a weeks skiing in Isola 2000. It was our first time skiing so we didn’t know what to expect. Before we left for our holiday we booked our two children (aged 7&8) into the Falcon level with esf for 6 mornings. When we arrived we went to the esf office (which is easy to find) and they told us where to meet. The ski instructor, Jean-Luc, was amazing with them. They are both fairly nervous children but he had a great manner with them, looked after them both and helped them become confident skiers. They loved the lessons and we couldn’t have asked of a better instructor to look after our children. My husband and I also booked 5 beginners group lessons which were at the same time as our children’s lessons. Talissia, the instructor was great. After one group lesson, I felt individual lessons would suit me better and I was able to swap to individual private lessons (without any fuss or problem) Talissa was very patient with me and despite not being very confident I did make progress in my lessons. My husband stayed in the group lessons and really enjoyed them. The set up of esf was excellent - both instructors and people in the office spoke good English. They were very helpful and I would definitely recommend going with esf. Thank you for making our week so special.

Great instructors........
Recently 4 of us, mainly novice skiers booked two 2 hour lessons - we met our instructor, Marion, who was great. She gave clear instructions, was enthusiastic about passing on her knowledge and had time for each of us - she definitely gave us the help we needed and always with a smile. I felt I needed a bit more help so went whilst in resort to book another private 1 hour lesson, again with Marion, she really gave me the extra bit of confidence I needed - thanks so much.
