Beautiful.
A cemetery at the top of island Susak offers some beautiful views. Also - if you know a little about the history of the island it is interesting to see all the names and last names ... Written in different languages (the same names!), each of them telling you the story of all the people coming to this island and mostly - leaving it. Perfect for a short walk.

Very special place
You have to go uphill and then to the right through winding paths in the sand dunes. You find a cemetary with a small chapel. The tombstones tell local stories

Inetersting
I always like visiting cemeteries in little villages, because they sometimes can be very interesting. In this cemetery I could see that there exist only a few different surnames on the graves. Some local people told me that many of the island citizens leaved this island decades ago and moved to America or some other counties. Today some of them (or their children) send money back, because they want to help the island. And some of them also have their last wish to be buried on this island.
