Hilltop temple, relaxing sea breeze
relaxing to sit on the top of the hill next to Temple and standing/walking Buddha statue, catch the sea breeze and the serenity that this Wat allows with lots of space to chill out.

Beautiful temple absolutely worth visiting
Wat Khao Noi was nearly empty when I was there despite being midday on a weekend. It has the most beautiful views of the entire valley and is absolutely worth seeing if you are in the area. My first temple visit was not disappointing. A word to the wise, however: Prearrange your ride back. I did not realize at the time that there are no means of public transport that regularly come by and was stranded for almost an hour at a vegetable stand at the bottom of the mountain as a result. Would likely have had to walk back in 43 degree weather for an additional 45 minutes (without water because when I am underprepared for something I apparently don't do it by halves!) had some locals not taken pity on me and helped me out. So one more time, PRE-ARRANGE YOUR TRANSPORT BACK TO THE CITY. Don't be as dumb as I was!
