The building itself is so pleasing to the eye and is hidden behind the main street in Hua Hin. It's easy to pray here.
It's Christmas day 2017 and I'm away from home for first time. The weather is warm, not Irish cool. The first sight is that there is lots of parking around a well maintained grounds.The church is set in the middle and is impressive and welcoming. The 9oc mass is in Thai, not a bother. Inside is a beautifully decorated building with a choir and full children's orchestra. The mass opened with "Joy to the World", sung and played with a passion words will fail to explain. 80mins later the mass was over much to my regret , ie the opposit to home experience. I have gone back to meditate in case I was dreaming on the 25th....... I wasn't, thank God. Just visit to sit there and allow yourself to be yourself.

Modern Catholic church Hua Hin.
Set in lovely grounds this modern church is a must see for all faiths,quite a surprise to see such a grand modern Catholic building in this mainly Buddhist country. If you are having difficulty locating it, it is opposite the Marriott with the main entrance on Soi 88. Well worth a visit to view even just from the outside. It is all lockrd up and no access after dark.ö

Sunday Service
Went to church on Sunday, english mass was at 10:30am. Very talented choir and sermon was excellent. Tip: as with most churches, try arriving 5min early or you'll be sitting at the front :)
