DO NOT SHOP THERE, big risk to being fooled!

Bought two ponchos and one bag total cost of 32 000 MUR, at the airport it was discovered that my poncho was a scarf with holes in ... Contacted the store, after a couple of months they wanted us to send the scarf back so they could send us my poncho .. After 6 months have I'm neither poncho nor scarf ... DO NOT SHOP THERE !!! Great risk of being fooled. They don't respond any mail, tried to contact Mauritius Tax-Free for help but they don't do anything. I have given them a lot of time and chances to correct all this...
