Bad customer service from receptionist..
The therapists are very professional and you receive value for money! However, the reception, Shirin has the worst attitude, on the phone and in person. She is very rude and very arrogant. I am not the first person who has come across such behavior from her. I am going for a massage for a last time and that's it. I can't be paying money to receive such an attitude from a staff..

Truly relaxing
Spent 3 hours at Kairali spa for the Royal Make Over and honestly this was an amazing experience. The relaxing moment starts right from the reception, and the therapist's professionalism and attention made everything magical. Looking forward to the next therapy.
