  1. 4.5 Nai Harn Beach (4.419 reviews)
    - A nice beach for swimming and lounging

    Nai Harn Beach image
Naiharn beach is a gorgeous beach for swimming and hanging out in lounge chairs. For 200 baht you can rent a pair of loungers and an umbrella but you have to get there early for the good spots, preferably before 9:30 am during peak season. You can buy fruit and snacks nearby for what is probably an inflated price but it's convenient for sure. Remember to pack your sunscreen and plenty of water. The water can be calm but also remember to look at the colour of the flag on the beach to make sure you're a skilled enough swimmer to manage it. There is a nice lagoon area for children on the left side of the beach. See more..

    Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) image
Absolutely beautiful temples and artwork. There are multiple temples and the half hour allowed on the 6 hour city tour is not adequate to see everything. A separate longer visit (60-120 minutes) is recommended to fully appreciate the splendour of the temples . See more..

    Karon Viewpoint image
Generally as observed back here, view points are tourist spots with word of mouth publicity and known among the travel community. But never saw them with official recognition as is Karon view point with proper identification and basic facility for public use available. And its rightly fan fared with really beautiful astonishing views and all 3 beach archs visible in sequence Kata, Karon and Kata-Noi. I liked it and would really recommend visiting it before you go and relax on any of these beaches, the uber level beauty observed stays in your mind adding to the enjoyment factor while at beach :) See more..
  4. 4.5 Promthep Cape (1.982 reviews)
    - Must visit
    Promthep Cape image
This is probably best view pint in Phuket with a full view of the sea. seems the sea everywhere around you. Some tip for visiting: 1. If you drive the car by your own, have to be there not later than 4.30 pm, others vise will be very difficult find place for parking. Parking area not much big and at 5pm totally full. 2. If you would like to go down to the rock untill end, set the time to be back becore dark. The way down (untill end point) takes around 30 minuts (plus stop for take a pict). The sunset time is very fast to be dark, and the narrow is very path with a lot of high grass and rock. Not much save for night time. But for day time is save. But it is worth going down, when you are sitting in the rock of the end poin, felling look like you are in the end of the wolrd. Strong recomend!!! See more..

Wow wow, when we went there there was just one more tourist. Was taken back by breathtaking view from Windmill viewpoint. Sat for more than an hour while having 30 baht ice lemon tea from the tiny shop there- enjoying best view we saw in Phuket in our 6 day trip. Don’t miss this, really worth every cent you will pay to get here ( car or bike). It’s in southern part of Phuket near Promthep cape I believe. A must visit attraction in Phuket. See more..

    - Great 360 degree views not to be missed!

    Kao Khad Views Tower image
Khao Khad Viewpoint Tower We hired a moped during our stay in Panwa Beach and decided to explore the local area. We came across Khao Khad Viewpoint Tower and were amazed by the 360 degree view that it offered from one of the highest points in the area. There are 136 steps to reach the top so this isn’t for those who have difficulties with mobility and there is no lift. However, it is truly worth the effort. You can easily see Khao Khad Bay, Panwa Cape, the ‘Big Buddha’ and much more... We went early in the morning but I can imagine that the views would be equally beautiful at sunset. There is a bar serving food and drinks on the site which we also stopped at. In summary, a great place to experience the amazing views of the local area and would highly recommend. See more..

    Panwa Cape image
There was a small beach close to our apartment which was located next to Panwa Cape Viewpoint. This beach is very private, small but beautiful. Another bigger beach which is called Panwa Beach is close to the hotel Cape Panwa Hotel. There is regular free shuttle bus from Kantari Hotel to Cape Panwa Hotel, which is provides daily every 20 minutes. See more..

    Takeoff Landing image
Firstly, most people come here for the plane spotting. Regardless which is the active runway, you'll get the experience of a close up view of the many aircraft that cycle through Phuket. With such a busy airport as Phuket, you won't need to wait long between movements. Secondly, the beach is a long sand beach, free to use, clean and fronts directly onto the Andaman Sea. Good for swimming! Thirdly, there is a small little street market at the location the little trikes can set you down, pick you up. So you can grab some cheap eats or drinks for your stay at the beach, or for your ride home after. Этот пляж популярен у российских туристов. See more..

    Rawai Pier image
Many people go here to walk and jog. It’s an ideal place to shoot a sunrise. It’s an ideal place to see marine life without getting in the water. It’s an ideal place to find several species of sea birds. Really it’s just a very tranquil spot in the morning. I’m sure you can hire a boat there as well, but I go there for what I find ideal. 12. 4.5 Leam Krating (2 reviews)
    - Sunset in Phuket

    Leam Krating image
Not only Leam Promtap is the place to see sunset, but Leam krating is one of the exotic place too. There is some difficulty of getting there because the trial is difficult to walk. First you must climb all the rock and after that there will be a trial but difficult to walk on the grass. Must be prepare for the climbing shoes and water to drink. The path to get there is near the Krating resort, you need to park along the street because the resort not allow the pedestrian to park the car in their property. Timing of getting to the point is 45 mins of walking. Might need to prepare the torch for getting back after the sunset. See more..
