Beautiful mangroves, beware of who you pay
Beware when paying that you check that the company you booked with is the one you are paying as when you arrive there are a couple of companies running from the same place and there was confusion as we paid the guy who approached us assuming he was expecting us then we were approached by the second company who we had the initial booking with so had to get our money back to pay the initial company and it all caused some tensions. Once resolved though the trip was really lovely so peaceful and beautiful mangroves. Saw some tree snakes and a lizard and just enjoyed around an hour of tranquility. Really well priced just book directly with the companies and not through a middle man

For the BEST experience ask for Saran (anglicized to "Sam") in the hot pink Tee
Firstly, Saran finds out what his customer is hoping to experience and then delivers it to the best of his ability. We are interested in birds and all kinds of wildlife and were blessed to see baby Owls, a Python, Macques, Monitor Lizard, Little Cormorant, Kingfisher and BEST OF ALL we witnessed an Oriental Pied Hornbill feeding his family in the hollow of a tree .... MAGIC

Good Canoe Tour!
We (12) took the canoe tour at the Little Amazon Takuapa in the afternoon. It was low tide. It was little difficult for the canoe driver/guide to navigate. There were two visitors and one guide for one canoe. We had a good time with the tour. The guides were friendly.
