Great diving spot
We went there with Similan Sea Safari during our three-day liveaboard trip. The place was amazing. It’s full of rocks covered in beautiful corals. Currents are a bit strong for me but other divers seem to have managed well. Highly recommended if you are a diver!

Great diving spot

Wouldn't waste your time
Im reviewing Ta Chai Island as very good because it was beautiful and the water was stunning but it was not something I haven't seen before in Hawaii and Australia. I personally would not waste all the time it takes to travel there from Karon/Patong. The car picked us up at 5.45m and it a long ride there and then another long speed boat ride. So uncomfortable riding in a speed boat for that long. Then we had to do it again on the way home :-(. The snorkelling was ok; but again, the Great Barrier Reef or Hanuama Bay are not comparable.
