some great exhibits
previously located in an older building accross the road, this museum is now housed in a new, Japanese financed research center. Accessible with the museum pass (30 Q. p.p.), it has some few, but really great exhibits from the Tikal site. Worth the short visit for shure.

Small museum but worth a look
The museum does not have a lot of materials, but the displays were very good. The museum was clean and well lit, and we enjoyed our visit. Disappointed that we could not take photos.
