EFFECTIVE WEDNESDAY, MAY 19, 2021: Visitors who are fully vaccinated (2 weeks after the final vaccination dose) against COVID-19 may enter the Zippo/Case Museum & Flagship Store without wearing a face mask. All other visitors must wear a face mask during their visit. We ask that anyone experiencing COVID-related symptoms to please not visit. Store staff will continue wearing face masks for the comfort and safety of our visitors and employees. Customers may notice additional barriers and no contact procedures also in-place. As a courtesy, social distancing is also appreciated while visiting. A maximum of 75 guests will be allowed in the building at a time. The first hour of operation remains for senior citizens and those with underlying health conditions that put them more at risk for COVID-19 infection. The Zippo/Case Museum & Flagship Store is counting on the honesty and integrity of our visitors and community to follow this guidance based on their vaccination status.

Nice displays and great gift shop.
Definitely worth a visit when in Bradford. Very informative with great displays. My 5 year old son was actually excited while walking through on the free tour. We ended up buying a small pocketknife that I will pass down to my son when he gets old enough. Great gift shop!

Worth a trip
Exhibits are excellent with lots of history and displays of Zippo lighters and Case knives. Very clean and modern facility. The various zippo models and insignia through the years was particularly interesting. It could use a bit more personal touch. Not one person greeted us as we entered or offered to help in the gift shop.
