A Very Good Experience
These are unusual times. The ownership deserves a pass on the tee time overbooking and course course conditions (specifically sand traps). In another week they will get the kinks worked out. As a regular player at Pheasant Ridge I can tell you the staff is excellent and friendly. The course keeps getting better and better. The greens fees are where they are based on demand. I played there last week and yesterday and on both days the course was packed. The membership a great value if you plan on playing there six times or more this year.

Could be great
Course could use some maintenance, especially sand traps and some of the dangerous cart paths. Greens and fairways are always in good shape. Slow play is definitely a problem here, once you have paid, you don't see anybody again. Some effort was made recently to help this issue, but more attention needs to be given to this. Part of the problem is this not a place for beginners, but seems to attract that crowd. Course is challenging and would be a great experience if the issues I listed here where given attention. Little pricey compared to other courses in the area. I play here quite often, because it is in no way a boring course, I love the layout and the challenge it presents

COVID-19 sensitive
This is certainly unprecedented times, and while everyone should be more understanding, $59 was way out of line. We made our Tee time as soon as course were allowed to open, only to be called the night before to be asked to pay in advance. On the tee box, 5 groups all had the same tee time and there wasn't a starter to be found. The traps hadn't been touched, a couple had as much grass as they did sand. This golf experience made me feel as though the owner is all about making $ and not doing the simplest of tasks and activities to make it as enjoyable as possible in the current environment. I won't be back.
