Overall nice experience
My first experience at this lake. The people at the marina were very pleasant and informative about the lake and the pontoon boat. The boat was exceptionally clean. My only criticism is the flat gasoline charge. I have rented pontoon boats at various lakes in other states and only paid for gas used. I paid the mandatory flat rate of $75 for gas basis a full day rental. I estimate this was at a minimum $50 more then actually consumed (boat fuel was 3/4 full and returned with a little more then a 1/2 tank.

Relaxing Experience
This was our first boat rental and we were so glad we decided to incorporate this experience into our vacation itinerary. The boats were in mint conditions like advertised. The tubing equipment added to our package was easy to use and great hit with the kids! The staff was very informative, going through all the mechanical and safety points quick and concisely making the checking in process flawless. The scenery was breathtaking, the lakes landmarks guided us through the different points of the river where you were allowed to go tubing freely. The only complaint we had is that we didn't rent it for a full day! We know better for next time :) Thank you Long Level Marina for the precious memories, keep up the good work!

Shortened day
First off, it was a better experience than I expected. Your employees were friendly and helpful, your boats were nicer than I expected. That said, here is my complaint; due to the weather, the staff informed us that we needed to bing the boats in 2 hours early, for which we were compensated $50, a wholly inadequate amount. I paid somewhere in the vicinity of $60 per hour to use the boat including fuel and fees. To get back $50 for losing 1/4 of my day, while perhaps a nice gesture, is not a fair compensation.
