    Relaxing visit
This museum is very well designed architecturally - it is very relaxing just to sit in the central area and stare through the glass wall. Of course, the art is also fantastic, and right now I would particularly recommend the Selma photography exhibit. The smaller size is conducive to really taking your time and dwelling with the artwork. It is wheelchair accessible and has a single use bathroom (which is however rather cramped and not well laid out).

    Not overwhelming
What a lovely place to visit! The museum is rather small as art museums go, but it is interesting in that it focuses solely on the 3 generations of Wyeth family artists. In addition to the museum itself, the family home & 2 studios are on the premises via shuttle buses. If you need a break while exploring the museum, there is an area with floor to ceiling windows looking out at the Brandywine Creek. Or if the weather is nice, you can walk along the creek & chat with artists that might be out their with their easles. Don't forget to check out the gift shop & cafe too.
