We hired this company for the day to meet us at cruise terminal in Georgetown. Our drivers name was Carter. He was excellent. Spoke very good English, acted as a tour guide as well as driver and continually pointed out places of interest, provided history and made the day really interesting. He drove us wherever we wanted to go. We spent time at Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si temple, Chew Jetty, Fort Cornwallis, Colonial Museum and out to Batu Fringgi where we had lunch. At the end of the day we arranged for him to drop my sister and I at Penang Bazaar and we would find our own way back to the ship. He drove our father back to the ship as he was tired. We went into the bazaar but only stayed for 20 minutes as it was very ordinary and not what we had expected. We came out and our driver was waiting out the front and asked did we want to go back now. We did and were so grateful we didn't have to try and find a taxi. When we asked why he had come back he said he knew we would be disappointed with the shopping and came by just in case we were ready. I thought that was so thoughtful and kind. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a driver.
