A must do to unwind and relax
I got my first massage at Pure Indulgence and it was incredible....so good I booked a second for two days later! My best friend and I are in Aruba and after an incredibly stressful year, and long day of traveling, decided to treat ourselves to a massage. From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed with stellar customer service. When you first arrive, you are greeted and directed to a pristine locker room to change into your robe. You are then offered a complimentary drink of your choice(mimosa, bloody Mary, juice, water, coffee) and then receive a soothing foot soak. My friend and I, comically, were due to have our massage in the same room. We are often mistaken as a couple so we understood why. The staff offered to have us split up but we decided to stay together. Even being together we each had a personalized experience, losing sight of us sharing the space. May and Litbet were our massage therapists. They were warm and inviting, both wearing masks and completing hand hygiene multiple times in front of us. They asked us about our health and our goals for this massage, listening attentively and remaining open to our requests and needs. I was particularly nervous about my first massage, paired with a sunburn, but it couldn't have gone any better. We booked the custom 80 minute massage which was full body. I am a healthcare worker, in a COVID environment, so I was carrying a lot of stress in my shoulders- all of which was worked out by Lizbet! May worked her magic on my friend who carries his stress in his back. I was pleasantly surprised that our massage included hot stones, which I found to be my favorite part. I have sensitive skin and their products were soothing and hypoallergenic. From their top notch skills and the covid policies and procedures in place, we could not have felt more comfortable and taken care of. I was so glad we indulged in this massage and can't wait for my next. It was a highlight of my trip and a definite must if you are looking to unwind and really relax!

Abundance of Attention to Detail
After arriving in Aruba after a two year absence, we scheduled a Pure Relaxation couples massage and Toe Pebble Pedicures. Once again we received top notch massage therapy and expert pedicures. Our therapists were Liseth and Mayurlin. Both are true professionals that provided above and beyond services. Thank you both for a wonderful experience.
