One of the nicest buildings in town and unique in The Netherlands
This Roman Catholic church has been built in the early thirties of the 20th century. Although the church has a more historic look it is opened in the year 1933, after some other churches on this spot have been burned and demolished. The church is designed by two Dutch architects from the town Enschede in a Byzantine/Roman style. It;s very worth while to visit the church, called after the city patron St, Jacob.
