Excellent self-drive boat rent in Gietohorn, Ben the owner is very friendly and welcoming, his explanation was clear, and he gave us some great tips. the boat was in great condition, we enjoyed our 2 hours ride, with 2 young kids.

Excellent service and a wonderful day out on the water
We decided to rent a boat at the last minute and were welcomed by the very friendly and helpful Brunink family. We took a small boat out for the 2 hour trip and enjoyed ourselves very much. I would recommend Botenverhuur Brunink for your boat rental on a trip to Giethoorn and hope to come back again another day.

Good time on the water
When you enters the Dutch Venice streets is filled with boat rental. Especially the restaurants are closed due to Corona. Most boats are the same, to me anyways. You have the whisper boat, boat with electric motor. And there is ‘sloop’, a larger electric boat. The owner is friendly and took time explaining the routes. We decided to rent for an hour because of the weather forecast. An hour rental takes you around the village but not enough to see the wetland next toe Giethoorn.
