Nice visit, but beware the upsells
We visited during Halloween and overall a pleasant experience. The park has restricted admissions thus there are basically no lines (except for Wildfire). However, we received their marketing email after purchasing our tickets about making our visit smoother and booked a 200 kr admission to the linbana to make sure that we would not have to wait in line. This was a totally pointless purchase as the lines never exceeded 1-2 minutes. This left a bit of a sour taste in our mouth, as there is no reason to even be offering this given the limited number of people that they allow. We emailed them about this as well as about how to redeem a coupon that we had for a free admission and they never responded to either. Eventually we called about the coupon and they were helpful, but for the linbana, well, let’s just say email customer service is not their strong suit.

Super birthday (3y) experience
We come for the 3rd birthday of our daughter and took a 2days ticket. She was super excited and very happy; her comment on the way back home has been: fortunately the park was open on Sunday, it would have been very boring otherwise ? On the Saturday there was good weather, we took amazing pictures of animals and landscapes. On the Sunday it was raining and we got no queues and multiple rides, only needed to dress well! Unfortunately not all animals were outside, due to the weather… Definitely recommend two days with a little one ?
