It's the highest lake in Puerto Rico, located in the Barrio Ala de la Piedra de Orocovis and the Toro Negro neighborhood of the municipality of Ciales about 3 miles north of Villaba. It is supplied from the Rio Toro Negro waters, which are used as irrigation and electricity production. Fishing includes bass and bass. To get there, take Carr, # 149 to the north, then follow # 143 to the west.
