Beautiful area and find the Chip Ship food truck, you will not be sorry.
Beautiful Long Point beach, but I came here to talk about the fish and chips. So, first, long point is beautiful. Just go, have a drive, walk the beach, do some fishing. What ever you like, it is a prestine, amazing spot to do it. Now, I really came her eto write a review for the Chip Ship food truck. Beautiful fish and chips set on the little canal with boats passing by. The staff are friends, the food is amazing and the setting is perfect. A must if you are in the area.

Best camping ever, always enjoy :)
Long point by far is the nicest camping spot ever .. Sand dunes, warm water and quiet , fave time to go is mid summer . Book early for best site !

Nice warm water for a swim
The place was packed when we went there over the long weekend. Fortunately, we found a spot underneath the trees which provided the needed shade since it was a very hot summer day. To think that this park has a lot of visitors, they could've added park benches. You can only see a very very limited number of them here. So i suggest to come early or bring your own bench and umbrella. The water was nice and warm, shallow at a certain point where the kids can enjoy themselves. Would definitely come back here with the family. And please, bring trash bags and don't litter. They're everywhere.
