Wonderful Experience
Just fantastic. This was our 3rd Le Boat experience. We have travelled the Canal de Midi, the Shannon River and now the Rideau Canal. David, our segway riding staff member who gave us our welcome briefing, was a pleasure to meet. The boat was in excellent condition and very comfortable, may be a bit of TLC on some of the insect screens would be good. The charts were easy to read, and we had plenty of information about the locks and towns available. We met so many lovely people on our 12 days, saw so much beautiful scenery. We didn't want it to end. Lock staff were friendly and helpful and could tell us if, where we wanted to spend the night, was busy and would ring ahead to let the mooring place know our plans. Kitchen had all we needed. If we could we'd be back tomorrow.....

Amazing 4-night trip from Smiths Falls to Newport and back.
Fantastic 4-night trip: two adults, two teens. Everyone loved it. Driving the boat on the lakes and canals is easy but mooring at locks or marinas is a bit harder. The boat is new and well laid-out. The BBQ on the top deck is great. We loved swimming off the boat in the middle of the lakes. Each of the locks or marinas were different and lovely in their own way. It is a good idea to call ahead to the locks to ask about mooring spots on weekends in July. The Le Boat staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Wish we had rented kayaks to explore marshy areas. We will do this again some day.

Wonderful experience
We had a lot of trouble scheduling this trip because of Covid. It was postponed for two years, but when we finally took the trip in June 2022, it was so worth it. The people we dealt with at the company could not have been kinder call mom more helpful, or more concerned about our enjoying the experience. It’s too bad that it is just an out and back experience now instead of a one-way, but it is still very very worth it. Our teenagers absolutely loved it. The boats are in top-notch condition and easy to drive. When there is a question, the people at the base are very accessible and responsive. This trip is uniquely suited to a family experience. The reservation people are a bit offputting, but the actual people that we dealt with in person were most pleasant
