Wide variety of snacks!!!
My aunt and uncle would always buy gifts for my family and me from this location. We stopped on our way to Choctaw Casino. They have an incredible selection of items. Their Jalapeno Beef Jerkey is awesome. The place is an old gas station and I pictured it differently. However, I definitely would stop back here on my way to the area.

Wide Variety, Ok Service
So we have taken many trips to Dallas over the past year. Drove by The Peanut Shoppe many times and this last time I thought we should give it a try. First off, be ready for a very hard turn and a rapid turn. There's no turn lane and you are booking pretty quick on the highway so just give the cars behind you a big "heads up" with a turn signal. I thought when we walked in we'd get a big ol welcome to their shop but not sure why but no one greeted us. No one welcomed us. Was kind of looked at and then they went on about their job. So that was kind of a bummer. This shop does have any and every kind of peanut, peanut brittle and all kinds of unique treats including jerky and chocolate. From spicy to traditional, you'll find something you'll like there. And they do have very unique candies.

A nut stop through Oklahoma
Was told about this place by friends in Dallas. It should be called 'The Pecan Shoppe'- that seems to be the speciality nut in Texas and Oklahoma! It was a stop right on the highway on our way to Tulsa. They have a huge variety of nuts, candy and other local goodies. Dark chocolate and sugar-free variety of chocolate products also are available.
