Terrible worst casino ever
This casino needs to be investigated by the gaming commission they refused to give my wife her birthday play and to top it off I spent 600 dollars and had to argue with them about a promo gift when you earn a 100 points they told me it varies with their points system there employees actually told me to leave because I’m not gonna win anything they can guarantee it save your money drive to the grand drive to anywhere but here it is an illegal operation for sure they’ve been in trouble before and we don’t even know if they paid there fines they never have to report anything to anyone their games don’t pay off they actually laugh at you when you come in the door I’ll never set foot in that place again and would advise anyone who wants to save their cash to pass exit 200

Casino
Disturbed and disappointed stood in a line for 45 mins because all their kiosk were down when finally got to front of line they said The next set of cashiers would bre coming on and would fill them up. I asked is there not a way to get money(I've done before at other casinos) nope not till kiosk are up they are empty(mind you im standing at the cashier's lane).. I don't normally win much if I win at all there but it's by my family and so when I travel thru I try to stop and enjoy a few minutes. I really don't know if I will be going back after this.

Filthy & RUDE customer service
The facility was very small and dirty so myself with a few other ladies spoke to the supervisor on duty Billie Dann, who was extremely distasteful with very little couth and/or lack of professionalism. I will never go back again nor recommend this facility to anyone!
