Fun little place to relax
This was a fun little place. I didn't have my bathing suit but it was a nice place to relax. It was pretty and enjoyable! We were already in the area and needed to kill some time so we found this place. I would have loved to lay in the water. It has a fun little slide for the kids to play on. There is a lifeguard on site.

Stunning WPA project
I'm passionate about American history and this doesn't disappoint. On the outskirts of town, one crosses Pawnee Lake over a stone walkway/bridge a short distance. In view upon a hill is the 1939 sandstone overlooking the pool. I can see why this is a popular attraction in warm weather. Has a wonderful nostalgia to it.

Interesting find
While waiting for a dinner reservations, we bought some beer and went out to Pawnee Lake. We found the bathhouse, which was quite a site in the middle of the Oklahoma prairie. Art deco kinda stands out in this region but was an interesting diversion.
