Safari Lights are Awesome!
We visited the Safari Lights Drive-Thru and walk-thru events and found both to be amazing! Our grown children and young grandchildren had a terrific time. The employees were super friendly and very good at explaining how it all worked for our first trip there. We highly recommend I. We were sure who the characters were at the beginning of the drive thru part, but really enjoyed it anyway. The $60/vehicle cost seemed steep, but came with 4 walk through bracelets ( valued at $12 each) , making it a great value. Only disappointment was the dinosaur exhibits were poorly lit, making it hard to see or take pics.

5 hours!
First time visitors. We spent 5 hours in the zoo just walking around and looking at all of the animals. I have been to zoos all over the country and this one is very well done and right up there with San Diego and other large zoos. They are doing construction and I can't imagine how much better it will be once that is complete. All of the staff was super nice. Large and beautiful habitats for the animals. So glad we took this in as part of our vacation and I highly recommend!
