Neat place.

We enjoyed this one. Seeing the rig and learning about the history. This is in a park great for an evening stroll or letting the kids play. Across from the rig is the kiddie park with small carnival type rides

    Needs more Information
    The area could use more information about the successful Nellie Johnstone No 1. it is located in the aptly named Discovery 1 Park.

    Weekend TRip
    Was very interesting to see this and how they drilled for oil back then. From working on Drilling Rigs in Alaska, it must have been a very hard job back then.
