Good Grill Burger but Casino Not So Much
Nope, won't return. First there is a very steep ramp to get up to go inside, then getting back down it isn't good for elder folks with hip replacements, no handrails. Very smoky which negated any cleaning they were doing. A lot of the machines were older, didn't pay and weren't cleaned between users. That said...had an incredible Oklahoma Burger from the grill...I'd say that was the highlight of this place. Won't return here.

    Customers are not appreciated
I moved away from this part of the country for a few months last year to explore other poker "places" I kept my place out here and out of every casino that i have been to (and I have been to a lot) this casino does not care about you unless you play there all the time. I have played at this casino more then any other (before I left) but since coming back I will avoid it at all costs. Not once did this place send me a "We miss you" , "Here's a free play to get you back" promotion or anything. Then when returning, during my birthday month, I asked about a bday promotion and was told that I had to have a coupon which they mail out with monthly promotions. When I did play there a lot I was a "top tier" member and received the most free play any member could. Now, I receive nothing. Comparing this to about 4 other casinos in Okla that I have only been to a handful of times, I still get flyers from them for free rooms, buffet, etc. All have den a bday reminder and one that I had never been to in Tulsa, not only gave me free play for bday month but also a choice of random prizes to choose from and picked $50 in free play.... The staff at this casino is also some of the worst customer service ppl I have ever encountered. Most walk with their head down and wont even acknowledge you while some security will hover around like you at a thief. About the only friend staff members are the ones that were lucky enough to get a job elsewhere in the casino after the poker room was closed. Compared to even a old, neighborhood casino in Vegas of similar size this place rates in the negatives. Any casino that adds on with two double wide trailers has no clue what a casino is. The parking Is horrendous and I know for a fact that this tribe pays the fine to the state of Oklahoma for not paying bad a certain pct of money put into the machines as agreed upon by the state and the Indian tribes in the Compaq that was mutually approved by both. If you can, keep driving east, there is plenty more to choose from especially on east side of OKC on I40 & south as well. The Chickasaw nation hasbthe most and is ran in a proper manner. The Grand in Shawnee and Hard Rock in Tulsa are the closest to Vegas in appearance. It is a shame that the only prejudices in this country, today are the fact that the Indians can run casinos on basically any land that they can get ahold of. If a white man could do the same, I would open one up as close to LuckY Starvin Clinton and they would be lucky to have 20 patrons inside
