Great Down Home Cooking
Great assortment of foods from fried or grilled catfish to old fashioned meatloaf to classic chicken fired steak. There's something for everyone--from those watching their diet to those of us, like me, who sometimes don't care! The Peach Cobbler was heavenly! Just wished I had taken it home to re-heat as I was already stuffed from my bowl of hearty beef stew and cornbread.

Wow!
Stopped for lunch with the grandson. Loved it! Salad bar was fresh and well stocked...but the catfish is out of this world! Properly cleaned and well prepared. Would definitely go back!

Good food for the price.
I ordered the steak with two sides but only got one & that was a loaded baked potato. They were generous with toppings & it was nice and hot. The steak was cooked perfectly & the roll was soft & delicious. Just wish I could comment on the fried okra I didn’t get. I didn’t realize until I left because I was distracted by phone call with insurance adjuster. Also the waitress shorted me $00.41 which isn’t a big deal even though it showed her how much to give back. I don’t think she was on top of her game as well as myself. I had already tipped 30% so my meal was more costly due to my failure to pay attention. I would recommend & return again. I like to support home owned businesses.
