Maybe the worst casino anywhere
This smoky metal barn is slot machines only, no video poker and no table games. Some individuals make the visit pleasant, but the casino itself is dull. In a violation of gambling etiquette everywhere, the cage is sometimes unmanned. A ticket cashout machine pays in dollar amounts only. Any leftover change is a ticket that is good only in one of the slot machines. The player's club has frequent promotions, but the casino apparently requested of one vendor a lower-than-standard payout. Even with the match play, winning is not something to expect.

Depressing To lose always
The Harrah Kickapoo Casino has become very depressing to visit when you always lose. It seems they have a lot of big building projects to finance so they have been squeezing every nickle they can from customers. I suggest you visit another casino.

They've changed too
I went in for my birthday match play and went to the players club desk first. I gave the lady my ID and got a new card. She said I'd have to earn 1 point by spending roughly $5 and then return to the desk to have the match play loaded. I go find a machine and put my card in, but anytime I tried to go into anything, I got a message saying my account was disabled and to see the players club. I went back to the same and only person at the desk. Apparently she had the expiration date for my ID wrong as if it were expired. I found another machine and again tried to go into my account on screen. The new buttons are difficult to push and I couldn't get my pin entered so I left.
