Room was nice and modern, but the mattress was terrible and flat pillows. I woke up with a sore back. Disappointed that the pool bar was closed. No bar service whatsoever at the pool. Hot tub was also closed...I assume because of Covid. Many people were not wearing masks and security was not enforcing it. Cigarette smoke in the casino was much worse than other casinos I have visited. Long wait at the bar. I ordered the drink special and was told they were out of one of the ingredients ? On the plus side the food at Shawanoe restaurant was very good. Wish there was an option for a 2.5 star rating because that would probably be more accurate for this place.

October Visit
A really nice property. Beautiful hotel rooms. Beautiful swimming pool area but was closed for the season. Would have been nice if the hot tub could have remained open during the off season. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Played the slot machines all evening long but in the end did not win. Not very fun in the casino. Slots not paying out very well. After a long evening playing the slots with my players card inserted, I accumulated three dollars in comp credit.
