Love This Place
I saw derogatory comments about the Indian Trading Post and wanted to reply (I live in Oklahoma — have no affiliation with the owner(s) — don’t even know who they are). As a kid, I loved places like this because the novel products they sell sparked my imagination. For instance, my parents once bought moccasin-making kits to keep us occupied. As an adult, I feel compelled to share that the Indian Trading Post has the most beautiful display of Native American flutes I’ve ever seen in person. I was just planning a trip today from the OKC metro area to shop their flutes when I saw the posts. They also have collections of other beautiful products.

Awesome Shopping!
Pretty sure this is called the "Cherokee Trading Post". Anyway, could have spent the whole day in here looking at all the wonderful merchandise. So many beautiful Indian items. Such a selection. Highly recommend!

Indians in India
Very friendly assistants but not at all sure how much of the ‘Indian’ fare was actually 'Indian'. The small mats we looked at were ‘made in India’, which is close enough we guess. Have the local Indians lost the skills to make things?
