Up there with the best of experiences
I can’t say enough good things about this place! We were hoping we were going on a less crowded day so we could spend more time with the animals. It turned out that three people didn’t show for work and everyone in the area decided that was the day to go to the petting zoo. So it was busy and they were understaffed. But even that didn’t hinder our great experience. They have great and some unusual animals. Some in cages you had to ask if you could pet them but they we’re happy to let you and tell you about their animals. Super fun and a must visit place if you love animals and/or have children with you.

Great for Families
This experience was absolutely amazing! We read reviews before going and were very skeptical. We did a tour with Jay and she explained and helped with any and all things our children wanted to do. She wasn’t pushy if our kids didn’t want to do something and it didn’t just feel like she was trying to rush us out of there. They give you a half pitcher filled to the top with feed and it was plenty for the whole entire rescue! VERY VERY hands on. We went with a 9 month old, 2 year old and a 3 year old and they all had so much fun and we’re hands on with way more than we expected! 10/10 would recommend!
