Never again
Similar to others. We got back to the dock and they went over the boat with a fine tooth comb and you could tell they were looking for any excuse to find damage, and of course they did. They found the most tiny scratch on the outside front panel, literally less than half an inch, and had to get on my knees to even see it—we never docked anywhere or were near anything that could have scratched it. They charged us $100 for that tiny scratch. It cost over $650 to rent the boat, a tiny scratch from normal wear and tear should be nothing. They did look over the boat before we left on the lake, but I never would have seen the scratch or thought to call it out even if I had—the kids checking the boat even had to wipe it clean to see it.

Never rent from here
We rented a boat from here and it rained while we had it and the water got really really rough!! The boat was being knocked up against the dock really hard. When we called the rental place to ask what to do they gave us no direction!! We stood on the dock and head the boat back from banging up on the dock and kept it from jumping up on the dock. Was finally able to take the boat back but was charged a ton of extra money!!! Owners are RUDE and disrespectful and not helpful at all!!!!! I would NEVER give another dime to this business, unless you like supporting rude people who didn’t give any consideration to the fact that we were trying to keep their boat safe and putting our own lives in danger!!

HORRIBLE RIP OFF
*for Grove location* BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! The kayaks are the cheapest quality Walmart kayaks (sun dolphin Bali sit on top). You can only keep them in the cove, which is HIGHLY populated with other boats squeezing in and out. A very dangerous area to kayak. (Especially for the beginner I brought with me.) I have been kayaking for many many years and have never flipped a kayak, and I damn near almost flipped these flimsy pieces of crap. NOT worth $25 for 2 hours. Outrageously expensive compared to other lakes renting nicer kayaks. The area is horrible. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle. OH! And the best part - the property manager, Tracy, is UNBELIEVABLY rude. People, I'm talking SHOCKINGLY rude. We left the water after 15 mins and returned to the office, where I explained that we were seeking a refund due to the quality of the rental equipment and the safety issues in the area you are restricted to. She was quick to tell me there's nothing wrong with them and that they will not issue a refund and I can go finish my time if I want my money's worth. I explained, again, that I'm aware there isn't anything WRONG with them, that they are very very low quality and not worth what we payed. They are practically unusable in that cove. WE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER BE BACK NOR RECCOMMEND ANYBODY GO HERE. I asked to speak to her supervisor seeing as her tone was grossly offensive, and she informed me she was the manager. I asked for her supervisor. She said she was the manager. A third time, I asked for the OWNER, or whomever she reports to, and she told me NO. She said she can't give me a contact number for anyone else to talk to. I asked to leave my number to be contacted by the owner, Roger. She dramatically ripped off a sticky note, took my name and number. I asked her for her name. She raised her voice and in the most patronizing and condescending tone you can imagine, spelled her name, T-R-A-C-Y. This was the end of my patience for h2o watersports. Do not go here.
