We have season passes and i suggest you do not sign up for them at the park. We did that and now we are being billed for someone else on y account. They have now sent it to collections because i refuse to pay for someone who is not apart of my family. The saddest part is every time we go up there half the park is closed down but we still pay our monthly fees. Most of the staff there are great kids who will try there best to fix the situation that is going on. Over all i give this park a 3 out of 5 due to the rides always being shut down and poor service when it comes to fixing there mistake with the membership. To this day they have still not fixed the billing issue and they still state that i am required to pay for someone else's membership.

Cleaner now that Six flags has taken over. Staff needs training
Bought our season passes over a month ago and forgot about it including the GOLD cup with free refills all season. Asked cashier if my season pass received a discount on purchases as I was planning to purchase a $30 gold cup, he had to ask someone, thankfully she had him check my pass and saw that I got the cup for free, very thankful for this woman, I later went to 2 other food stands, saloon and drink station inside arcade building and these employees did not know how to retrieve the free gold cups from my families passes, as they were now with me and wanted theirs. It was very frustrating. We have been pass holders for at least 3 years and the park was cleaner, had new rides in the kid area but none were open and working yet. The fact that they are no longer allowing off duty police to carry their weapons inside is outrageous and stupid. If I had known of this change I would not have bought my pass. An off duty police officer should be allowed to carry their weapon ANYWHERE!!!! I mean this saves lives in MANY cases. I hope this policy changes fast or this will be our last year to spend any money here.
