Favorite one stop place for entertainment
This is my favorite casino outside of Las Vegas. The property itself is gorgeous, it smells wonderful, I know, huh? Smoking is allowed but the scent or air freshener used is very fresh and pleasant. The rooms never disappoint. They are larger than other local properties I’ve visited and the bed itself extremely comfortable. I really miss room service since Covid19, but anxiously await its return once the vaccine is distributed and virus contained. The pools, especially the outside one is clean and huge! The gift shop has really cute things all the time, I usually find something I want every visit, The staff at Downstream are service-oriented, food better than average, and gaming fresh. They try and rotate new machines in to keep the experience exciting.

Nicely surprised!
We were pleasantly surprised. Traveling and just decided to drop in to take a look. The grounds are beautifully maintained and inviting. The casino was great. Well laid out - nice mix of new games - very clean and smelled pleasant rather than smoky. We look forward to coming back.

Only negative are the drinks and slow waitresses. They might just be understaffed but the situation needs rectified.
Super clean. The rooms are spacious and nice. The showers are amazing rain styles with benches inside of them. Legends, Spring river in and Red Oak are all great food choices. The coffee bar is excellent. The hotel is very clean. The bathrooms are very clean. Drink prices are high and the drinks are weak. The bar tenders and waitress are very slow. It takes forever to get a drink. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or just don’t care. Other wise I would give them 5 stars.
