An Experience, not a museum
I was really surprised by our visit of the Chisholm Trail Heritage Center. A lady gave us a private tour. The first stop was a very impressive art gallery. I had never heard of most of the artists but their work was outstanding. The rest of the Center wasn't a museum but an experience. There were lots of hands-on exhibits. Don't miss the sense-around trail drive movie where the wind blows in your face and the rain falls on your head.

Far Better Than We Expected
Far more to enjoy than we expected. Interactive area was not just for kids. Very interesting and different exhibits for such a compact museum. Beautiful artwork as well. Nice shop with lots for kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Admission price is low for all you get here. We spent 1 1/2 hours.
