Great little camping and fishing lake.
Great Lake to camp, swim, fish. Clean and nice size. No tubbing or sking, so if that is what you want this is not the place. Has a Huge pavallon for family gatherings, have to reserve ahead of time and there is a fee.

Review Brushy Lake Park Campground near Sallisaw, OK
If you are near hear Sallisaw and need an overnight RV site this is a good choice. Our travel trailer developed a problem that required immediate attention. We stopped in Sallisaw to have the repairs made. This put our travel plans behind by about 3 hours. We decided to try to find somewhere close by to stay and continue on our trip the next day. The folk's at the repair facility suggested Brushy Lake Park (Sallisaw City Park). We took their advise a drove to the park, about 10 miles. We were very impressed with what we found. Brushy Lake Park is a 90-acre former Oklahoma state park. Facilities include 23 concrete sites ( back-in and pull-thru) with, electric, water, and comfort stations with showers. The sites are level and reasonably easy to get into. The park and the lake are pretty and well kept. The campground manager was very nice and golf carted us around to pick a site so we didn't have to tow the trailer while we looked. We stayed here in April 2015 in a 30 ft. TT for one night. The campsite fee was only $15/night. If you fish, you may want to stay longer.
