Animals were great. Humans not so much.
We made an impromptu stop here while coming home from Texas. My little girl and I had a blast driving thru with the animals, we laughed so hard and it was all she talked about. Definitely a good place to make some memories! But. The teenage girls that work there, in the admission booth and the gift shop, acted as if everyone who came in was a burden to them. They were in their own little whispering world together and if they had to step out of their bubble to check you out or help in anyway, you get eye rolls and smirks. I give the attraction 4 stars and I’ll give the service 1 star.

    So much fun!
This is an attraction where the general tenor of the one star reviews and the general tenor of the five star reviews are both true. It’s all about what you think would be fun. We had a great time feeding the animals. Having them stick their heads up to and sometimes into the windows of our van. Hearing my daughters giggle as they fed a giraffe and shriek as they dodged an ostrich. We could do this every day and twice on Sunday and still be delighted. Note: there are a number of enclosures with no animals and where the grass I grown up. It would be nice if the park either tended or dismantled these areas. They are an eyesore and mislead a bit about the kinds of animals in the park. Also, the park would not be nearly as fun if you don’t feed the animals.
