Awesome Facility ... Managed Poorly
Been to numerous movies here over the past couple of years. The modern facility including the IMAX is a great addition to Lawton and the surrounding area. The last few times the facility has been extremely dirty and beginning to look run down. The countertops in the concession areas were dirty with spilled food and drinks. Popcorn covered the floor which is a concern in the tiled areas if someone would happen to slip and fall. The drink machines are either broken or only had one or two choices of beverages. The IMAX seating area did not look like it had been cleaned in some time. The worst of all were the restrooms. A team member was in the restroom attempting to clean-up by kicking a broom around with their foot which accomplished very little to nothing. The condition of this facility comes down to poor management and lack of over-site of the day to day operations. Hopefully AMC will step in and make the changes that need to be made to ensure Patriot 13 continues to be an awesome facility in the future.

Ice cold AC
Nice theater! Best part was the ice cold AC. The seats were very comfortable and the concessions were plentiful. They pop fresh popcorn so it was still warm when you get it. Overall nice theater and a great place to catch a flick and get out of the heat.
