Decent Place to kill time
Staff is very Nice and the Food is decent for a kid's pallet. The Place is very new to the area so they have a few technical issues to work on. I'm sure in time they will get it all sorted out. While I was there several visitors including my group kept getting bogged by technical issues in the bowling lanes. The staff was very apologetic and kind and eventually got through all the technical issues. Overall we had a good time. In addition to bowling they have and Arcade and Virtual Laser Tag. They do cater to Kids parties and the parties I observed appeared as though the kids were having a ball! Get past the technical glitches and it would easily get a 4 star rating.

Never Again.
Daught's 18th birthday party. All I can say is the staff and the manager were very rude. traffic was bad and most of my daughter's friends are from the other side of town. We just mentioned that people were running late. We did not ask more bowling time or an extension of our 2 hours. We just said that most of the party goers were running late. We got a lecture by the manager about how busy they were and how they could not hold the bowling past the one hour and our table past the two hours because they were reserved for other guests. The hostess was unfriendly and unhelpful. At exactly at 7pm the bowling was shut off and at 7;45 the hostess was bringing a cart so we could clean up and get our stuff moved to our car. there was no one that used the lane after us or the table. The manager was just mad because some people were stuck in traffic, another party that was there was allowed to keep the table till about 9pm.

Extremely rude manager
The manager was extremely rude an unhelpful to myself and my family. Was also very dismissive to staff, made me very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place for anyone to attend or work. Such a shame I had high hopes for the area.
