Fun, artsy area to wander around
The Paseo is home to 22 galleries and more than 80 artists, all within walking distance. Intermingled with the galleries are three fabulous restaurants, a clothing boutique, gift shops, and other businesses.

If you are young, you will love this area
This area is targeted to the younger generations. Lots and Lots of bars and restaurants and loud music floating out. Very limited shopping opportunities after 5. A great place for lunch and wondering.

Did I miss something?
I THINK my partner and I followed the directions accurately. The signs all said Paseo, and it was a destination for us given the recommendation from a couple recent magazine articles. However, rather than a conglomeration of art galleries and cafés and alternative local businesses, it just seemed to be a typical residential and business neighborhood--kitchen supply store, a few restaurants, a dry cleaner's, a Wal-Greens, a place to sell your blood plasma, with a good amount of car traffic zooming by. Again, maybe I missed something, but if there's a burgeoning arts scene with cool unique stores like a South Street in Philly happening in OKC this didn't seem to be the place...yet.
