Weirdness Forever
Married couple with no kids. A very neat place to explore and enjoy the weird. Got "lost" for 2 hours. Definitely had some dark corners to get sucked into. Highly recommend for those who just wanna be and exist. My recommendations for this place for improvement: 1) Have employees flush out excessive lingering persons from certain areas so that everyone can have a chance to experience each nook-and-cranny (the monster-mouth area had a large group of stubborn teenagers who vocalized their irritation at other kids wishing to explore) 2) Continuous flow of refilling/rechecking hand sanitation stations as many were out, and 3) employees making sure children aren't running at an unsafe speed and pushing others out of the way.

For those who are seeking
Otherworld is simply a place begging for many adjectives. Is it sci fi, horror, abstract, interplanetary, space themed, alien, interplanetary, psychedelic, bizarre? The answer is yes to all, yet it can't be pigeonholed into any single description effectively. What it is, above all is an experience. Immersive, colorful, eye popping, comical, absurd...and will leave you thinking more than you'd expect. Even days after going. It's not the cheapest thing to visit, but the value can't be quantified. Each person's mileage will vary, and I do admit, mine spanned a distance. The gift shop on the exterior is a nice touch. I could say a lot more for the location. It's lost. Smack dab in the middle of a nearly abandoned (and quite run down) strip mall. For those who don't research on the net, it may go undiscovered...which is a bit of a waste. It has a lot to offer for those seeking a different sort of day. It's a place for people with an open mind; and for those who enjoy their whimsy on the macabre or unusual side. A visual feast. Bon apetit oddballs.
