Lovely views all around

We stopped by the lake for a picnic and enjoyed the peace and tranquility after a long drive. There are places for water activities too if you are feeling more energetic too!

    Nice lake
    It was mid June when we visited, so the lake was still a bit chilly, but good enough to swim in it. The 'beach' was natural - grassy, and not used too much from the sight of it, so that I did like a lot. If you are a fun of nature, nice views, and quiet time - go there. If you want to have a swim, either take some shoes for entrance, or just go in barefeet, it gets deep quite quickly from the point we were in. And there were also three or four tables to sit for tourists.

    Quiet and peaceful
    We were able to walk here from the hotel. It's possible to walk or cycle all around it. It's largely unpopulated so very peaceful.
