A delightful romp through time
Nothing like kicking it back in a rickshaw and letting a clever guide take you on a delightful romp through Oak Park history while enjoying the visuals of FLW's influence. It's more than architectural tidbits and photo-ops. Hop on Rick's magic carpet and enjoy as I did.

Riveting, Revealing Rickshaw Ride
Late April, flowers and trees are still in bloom. Rick picked up my wife and me at the outstanding Harvey House B&B for a very entertaining and informative tour of beautiful Oak Park. While the focus was on the fascinating work and character of Frank Lloyd Wright, it encompassed the history of the area and contributions by other architects and community figures. The pedicab enabled coverage of a larger area in a more personal and enjoyable way. After the ride, Rick continued the tour with a walk that ended at the FLW home and studio which offered a very worthwhile docent guided tour that provided additional insight to FLW.
