Old church. This is called the Dome here. Quite impressive stone work in the middle of the city and short walk from the central market place

Massive stone church in the center of Kuopio
Painted and technically renewed Lutheran Cathedral was built 1805-15 and suffered damages already during the construction caused by the War of Finland (1808-09). Peaceful and beautiful interior gives a good break when visiting museums and other sights around the area.

Short stop over with friends
Nice short visit to the church with friends. Guide was present at the church and was able to share some guidance on the building. She was not able yo share details about the brickfactory. Nor about the amount of people who belongs to the church. Peaceful place. And spacious
