Kuopio Harbour - fun harbour

It was hot, almost too hot. By the lakeside, or at the harbour it is not too bad. Nice area with ice cream, restaurants and boats. Even you can book a flight over Kuopio.

    At its best in summer
    Kuopio has its lakeside location on the shores of Kallavesi. There is a harbor for lake traffic. The harbor with its restaurants is at its best during the summertime. On our visit in September, it was already quite dead. During the summer, you can enjoy a cruise on a passenger steamer departing from the harbor.

    Try a boat trip
    What a place to visit during hot summerdays. There is everything you need; beautiful harbour, good restaurants and a possibility to go cruising around lake Kallavesi.
