Clean and fresh area, quiet still it was a lot of People, its an good place to think and relax midle of the city.

Nice beach by the river
Oulu Beach is located in Tuira on the Oulunjoki River. The water is a little flowing and therefore always a little cold. However, the place is a nice place to hang out. In summer, there is also a fun floating sauna on the beach.
