Many local products
Nice cafe and gift shop where was a lot of local handicrafts, books and pieces of art. Surprisingly large variety of products made in Hailuoto

Local products/handicrafts
Nice selection of wool items. Beautiful socks for instance. Taking into account that Finland is and expensive country, prices are decent. Gallery in a room next to the shop. Enjoyed photos by Aki Roukala on my visit. I was a bit surprised they advertise being a cafeteria but there was no fresh coffee around midday when I visited.
